IIGL believes that it is the leadership at the top which creates the competitive advantage for any company. Thus, IIGL plans to create an International Forum for Leadership & CEOs (IFLC) and invite CEOs / Managing Directors / Country heads of companies around the world to join this coveted group. This forum will be yet another platform for peer to peer learning through exchange of ideas and sharing of management best practices.

Membership to the IFLC is essentially by invitation and restricted to the CEOs / Managing Directors / Country heads of companies of a certain size to maintain some kind of exclusivity.
